HARARE – The Premier Soccer League risked the ire of fans on Wednesday after announcing shock ticket prices for this weekend’s Chibuku Super Cup quarterfinal matches.

Four matches will be played on Saturday and Sunday at Baobab Stadium in Ngezi where only 2,000 fully-vaccinated fans are being allowed to attend.

League chiefs have pegged the lowest ticket at US$20, while VIP tickets will sell for US$50 or the equivalent at the interbank rate.

The eight clubs have been allocated a maximum of 250 tickets each for pre-sale, 200 seats will go on general sale while 50 were allocated for the VIP.

Chicken Inn and Ngezi Stars will kick off first on Saturday, followed by FC Platinum’s clash with Highlanders.

On Sunday, Harare City face Cranborne Bullets before Dynamos clash with Black Rhinos.
