HARARE – A minister has been filmed boasting about his cars.
Davis Marapira, the Minister of State in Vice President Kembo Mohadi’s Office, is seen in the two-minute video doing a Zanu PF slogan.
In the background are four vehicles – a Land Rover Discovery, a Range Rover, a Mazda BT50 and a Ford Ranger.
He is heard saying he is choosing the Discovery to drive to State House for the swearing-in on September 10, and a man filming him quips: “And you’ll return in a Land Cruiser.”
