HARARE – The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has confirmed the Warriors’ opening fixtures for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers, set to begin in September.

The Warriors will commence their campaign with two key matches. They will first face Kenya on Friday, 06 September 2024, with the match kicking off at 3:00 PM CAT. Four days later, on Tuesday, 10 September 2024, Zimbabwe will host Cameroon, with the game scheduled to start at 6:00 PM CAT.

Both fixtures will take place at the Mandela National Stadium in Kampala, Uganda.

The Zimbabwe-Cameroon encounter, a home game for the Warriors, will see gate charges set at 15,000 Uganda Shillings for the rest of the ground, 50,000 Uganda Shillings for VIP seating, and 100,000 Uganda Shillings for VVIP access.

These matches will also mark the first competitive outings for the Warriors under newly appointed head coach Michael Nees. Kukurigo
