HARARE – Dynamos interim coach Lloyd Chigove made a good case for his possible confirmation as substantive dugout boss after leading his charges to a 3-1  beating of visiting ZPC Kariba in a rescheduled Chibuku Super Cup clash played at Rufaro Stadium Wednesday.

The Chibuku Super Cup defending champions got their goals through Donald Mudadi and Emmanuel Paga after 13 and 19 minutes respectively while Nomore Chinyerere put the icing on the cake with a finish after 55 minutes.

The power generators got their face saver through Nyasha Gurende with 2 minutes left for the referee to blow his final whistle.

It is Chigove’s third victory – the second inside four days – since taking over from Genesis Mangombe who resigned early last month.

Chigove has led Dynamos to victories against Zambia’s Zesco United, Chegutu Pirates and lately ZPC Kariba.

He also secured a draw against league leaders Simba Bhora in his first post-Mangombe assignment.

He has also not lost a match since he took charge of the premiership giants.
