HARARE – The 2025 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League race kicks off this Friday afternoon with Scott Sakupwanya’s star-studded newcomers Scottland FC and Triangle United at Rufaro Stadium raising the curtains in Match Day 1 of the race.
The opening clash would be followed by a mouth-watering goal rush on Saturday with six clashes lined up for the day.
Defending champions Simba Bhora host last year’s runners-up FC Platinum at Wadzanayi Stadium while Herentals College are up against TelOne at Rufaro stadium.
Manica Diamonds take on Yadah FC at Sakubva, Chicken Inn host Bikita Minerals at Luveve while newboys Kwekwe United are up against former champions Ngezi Platinum Stars at Bata stadium with the match between Green Fuel and Caps United at Green Fuel arena completing Saturday’s fixture list.
Match Day 1 continues on Sunday with giants Dynamos taking on visiting ZPC Kariba at Rufaro while Highlanders begin their campaign away to newcomers MWOS FC at Baobab stadium.
All the fixtures start at 3PM.
